Art life Coaching Guidance

We do sessions one day a week. Group sessions in a morning and 1-1 sessions in the afternoon. Art therapy is about learning how to bring out your creativity and applying it into your daily life. It's not just arts and crafts, we help people and encourage to express their emotions but in unique ways and give guidance on how to cope in everyday live. We also want to help others relax and have fun, while doing this therapy.

We provide the equipment and your own Art therapy books. You even get certificates and awards. Our aim is to provide a great experience for everyone and our mission is to help change people's life's that's easier and less stressed.
